This is the sauce I use for my crispy noodle dishes. Works for me every time!

    Step 1

    Mix all the ingredients. Taste test and adjust accordingly. Remember that when you use this sauce you will need to pour in a little cornstarch slurry to thicken it up. The slurry should be poured in after you have added the sauce to the stir-fry and it has bubbled up.
